Welcome to StitchLand!

Who we are

StitchLand is a UK based clothing manufacturer located in London. We offer a variety of high quality services which include pattern making, sampling and garment production.
At StitchLand we believe in bringing clothing manufacturing back to Britain for a variety of reasons. First of all producing in the UK reduces lead times in the fast moving fashion industry which increases flexibility. Local manufacturing allows for quick reproduction and shipment while at the same time eliminates high freight and import charges. Since the manufacturing process can be overseen local garment production also holds the benefits of direct control over product as well as focus on detail. Chasing cheap production abroad may lead brands into countries where workers’ rights, health and safety as well as ethical work manners may be overseen. Such factors more often than not prove difficult to supervise and can lead to the brand developing a negative reflection.
Made In Britain is becoming a symbol for good quality, ethical fashion. Buyers tend to perceive clothing made in Britain to be of better quality, more valuable and also feel assured that garments are being produced by skilled workers who are treated fairly following Employment Rights and Health and Safety acts.
